🐄 Cow-based (Core Life Force)

• Fresh desi cow dung – 10 kg
• Desi cow urine – 10 liters
• Cow milk – 2 liters
• Cow curd – 2 liters
• Cow ghee – 1 liter

• Ripe bananas (mashed) – 12
• Fruit peels (orange/lemon/papaya) – 3 kg
• Sugarcane juice OR tender coconut water – 3 liters

🌾 Microbial Food

• Jaggery (gur) – 3 kg
• Besan / gram flour – 2 kg
• Rice washed water / stale rice water – 5 liters

🛠 METHOD (VERY IMPORTANT)

2️⃣ Mix cow dung + urine properly
3️⃣ Add jaggery (dissolved) + besan
4️⃣ Add milk, curd, ghee
5️⃣ Add banana paste + fruit peels
6️⃣ Add seaweed OR banana stem
7️⃣ Add soil + vermicompost
8️⃣ Fill remaining water
9️⃣ Stir clockwise & anticlockwise morning & evening
